The “Math Play” Methodology takes advantage of children’s natural inclination to learn through play. By doing so, our children learn far more quickly such as when they are in environments that have elements of fun and play. When children are engaged in “play”, they get to enjoy every moment and the learning is absorbed.
Our methodology has helped more than 5,000 students understand Math and jump ahead of everyone in the subject. Especially in their younger years! For example, we use visual & kinesthetic activities for brain stimulation and feed into their curiosity. Whenever we teach, our teachers tap into a child’s emotions when learning so that it stays in their long term memory. There are 3 parts to our “Math Play”:
With our hands-on learning approach, children are prone to enjoying the subject and being interested in getting to know more. This approach include learning through real-life examples, and improving critical thinking through a mix of activities and written work.
Instead of just solving problems on paper, students would be solving them in real life by using materials such as fruits or apparatuses like weighing scales. This adds depth to the subject as students’ minds would be further stimulated and reciprocate mathematics better without the consistent pencil-and-paper method of drilling.
My Think Tank emphasises improving the critical thinking of students with both activities and written work. This improves their answering capabilities and prepares them for any curveball question thrown at them.
